LCRA Lake Police Boating While Intoxicated
| April 22, 2005, Austin, Texas criminal defense attorney Brian Tillman of the Dunham Law Firm got his client's Boating While Intoxicated case reduced to Public Intoxication which is a Class C offense. Mr. Tillman's client failed her breath test with a BAC of .09. This year the Lake Police of LCRA have stated that they are going to be cracking down on BWI's on the Austin lakes. |
