November 8, 2004, Dunham & Rogers received a dismissal on an Administrative License Hearing. The firms client was charged with Driving While Intoxicated in Austin, Texas and did not submit to a breath test, but did complete the field sobriety tests. As a result of this dismissal, the firms client's drivers license will not be suspended.
