| On September 7, 2005, attorney Brian Tillman of the Dunham Law Firm in Austin, Texas helped his client get his Class "B" Misdemeanor of DWI reduced to a Class "C" Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Tillman's client was stopped by A.P.D. for suspicion of drunk driving and was asked to submit to a breath test. His client submitted to the breath test and passed it. The police officer still arrested him and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated. |
