| On August 15, 2005, DWI Attorney Thad Thomason of Dunham & Rogers in Austin, Texas got his client's Boating While Intoxicated case reduced to Reckless Boating. Mr. Thomason's client had been stopped on the lake in Travis County for suspicion of BWI by Travis County Sheriff's Deputy's.
